CABIN CREW TRAINING IN CANADA

Cabin crew training in CANADA

........................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................

The Cabin Attendant is an important member of the in-flight crew, also referred as Flight Attendant. Cabin Attendants ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers and crew members aboard an aircraft. He/she must be able to help, give first aid to people and many other tasks during the flight. To do so, he/she must follow intensive training (training program which has to be approved by the national civil aviation authority to be recognized) including security, safety, emergency and much more in compliance with the national and international aeronautical regulations.

Of the total Airline Crew, the Cabin Attendant is the one who will stay longest with passengers and also has an important role to play, as he/she is the representative of the airline company. The Cabin Attendant plays an important public relations role; this includes welcoming passengers onboard the aircraft, taking care of their well being, provide services/ meals, gives information on any event and any other requested tasks, performs security and safety procedures and more. The work can be demanding, having to work during days, evenings, nights, weekends, on Holidays, having to deal with jet lag etc. He/she can be working in their native country or overseas and he/she is required to be able to adapt to change quickly, and remain available.

We work with Skyreach Aviaition, Canada and Ariane Information Aviation, Canada. Ariane, started in 1993 to provide assistance to the global aviation industry by offering training programs, crew training, manuals and much more. The centre is designed as a "Recognized Educational Institution". Arianne Information's courses are based on regulations from the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and others, and approved by the authorities.
